When we spend so much time at home it can be really empowering to know that the colours we choose to surround ourselves with can really support our emotional wellbeing and create a feeling of harmony.

But it’s not always easy to choose colours that work together or work for us, after all wading through 50 different shades of white is tricky enough, never mind all the other colours available.

People always ask me ‘where should I start with choosing colours?’ and my answer is always the same…start with colour psychology, get to grips with that and everything about colour starts to makes sense.

Colour psychology is an incredible tool that once you know the fundamentals really can change the way we bring colour into our lives. It’s a robust and well researched theory that applies to us all and is so liberating once you have the know-how.

In this workshop I’ll take you through the fundamentals of colour psychology and the science behind it and show you how to choose the colours that will really support you and your family. I’ll show you how to create colour harmony and once you know the basics, we’ll put a palette together that is unique to you and your relationship with colour.
